This has recently come up on the mythtv-users list. It probably affects
all rpm-based repos.

The uPnP server needs devicemaster.xml, which is built into the frontend
rpm package although in the source code it's in mythtv/programs/mythbackend.

It doesn't seem to be used by the frontend code.
